I’m Michael Murray, Founder of Magic Nutrients.

Like many of the people I work with, I know what it feels like to be stuck—carrying extra weight, lacking energy, and feeling like my health was a second job I didn't have time for. By combining Intelligent Nutrition with Structured Training, I transformed my own body and mindset. I’m a Nutritionist and Level 5 Personal Trainer and I have over 20 years experience helping people at all different levels.
Now, I help others do the same. I don’t just provide a workout plan; I provide the architecture for a high-performance life.
